Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition Requirements: All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with the authorization number included and ship to:

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Methods & Timeframes:

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are defective:
- Sandals (due to hygiene concerns)
- Slip-on shoes (due to hygiene concerns)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery
Exchanges
For a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order, as this is often faster. If you prefer a direct exchange, please indicate this in your return request. We will ship the replacement once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
