Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely including the return authorization number inside the package. Ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This is often faster than a traditional exchange process.
If you prefer a direct exchange, please indicate this in your return request. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Sandals (due to hygiene concerns)
- Slip-on shoes (due to hygiene concerns)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
